Terms of Service

The service
marki keeps loyalty cards for businesses (salons, barbers and others) on our pages and in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. It is free for customers. Stamps and rewards have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold or moved to another number. You must be 16 or older to use marki.
Your number
One verified mobile number is one person. Your cards belong to your number: on a new phone or browser, confirm the same number and they come back. A browser can be signed out from My cards. If you change your number, write to us.
Collecting stamps
A stamp is added when you tap the business's marki stand with your phone: one tap for one service (for example, one haircut). At most once a minute at the same stand, and usually one stamp a day at one business (a business may set its own limit). A link copied from a stand does not add stamps. Stamps expire 12 months after the last stamp on that card.
Rewards
The business provides the reward shown on its card. When your card is full, show its QR code (on the card page or in your wallet) to the staff. The reward counts as given when a staff member types their own code, and each reward can be given once. The card then starts again.
Fair use
Stamps collected without a matching visit, by copying stand links, or by working around these rules may be removed, and the number blocked.
If a business leaves
If a business stops using marki, new stamps there stop. Its rewards are the business's to give.
The service as it is
marki is free for customers and provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your stamps accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available. The business, not marki, is responsible for its services and rewards.
